Obverse The center of the obverse features a crowned double-headed eagle. On its chest is the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland, placed under a royal crown and canopy. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter and sword, and below it is the initial 'I•'. In its left talon, an orb is visible, with the initial 'B•' below it. Together, the letters indicate the mintmaster Jacub Benik.
