    In the central part is the numeral 2, to its right is the outline of Europe, from which six vertical rays extend upwards and six downwards. Along the arc of the right edge, intersecting these rays, are twelve five-pointed stars. On Europe, an inscription in English: 'EURO'. To the right under the inscription is the monogram 'LL' - the mark of engraver Luc Luycx.
  • Obverse
    In the central part, within a yellow-colored circle, the outlines of the states of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary are depicted. Below, at a right angle to each other, are inscriptions: the mint year 2011 and the name of the state Slovakia in Slovak: 'SLOVENSKO'. Under the country name are the monogram 'MR' - the mark of engraver Miroslav Ronai - and the mintmark of the Kremnica Mint. Above, on the background of Poland, is the emblem of the Visegrad Group. Around the circumference of the yellow circle is the name of the group in Slovak: 'VYŠEHRADSKÁ SKUPINA' and English: 'VISEGRAD GROUP' and the date 15.2.1991. Along the edge of the coin are twelve five-pointed stars.
