    Along the upper edge arc is the name of Peak Pobeda in Kyrgyz: "ЖЕҢИС ЧОКУСУ". Triangular ornaments are evenly placed to the left, bottom, and right. In the central part, a mountain is depicted at the top. Below, the name and height in Russian in two lines: "Пик Победы / 7439м" and a graphic depiction of three mountains, with the middle one bearing the inscription in two lines: "1 СОМ".
