    In the central part, a kukri dagger (point up) above which is a floral garland, below the inscription 'one rupee' in Nepali. Surrounded by 8 segments with symbols. The edge is decorated with decorative denticles.

    In the center, a trident within a circle, behind it a square with symbols inside. Outside the square are: on the left - a gear wheel and a lotus flower; at the top - symbols enclosed between a moon and a sun; on the right - a conch shell and a staff; at the bottom - the minting year according to the Vikram Samvat calendar. The coin's rim features decorative raised denticles.
