In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, located in the city of Brno. Below it is the inscription 10 korun in Czech: "KČ 10". At the bottom are the initials of the artist, Ladislav Kozák: "LK". Along the arc of the right edge is the name of the city Brno in Czech: "BRNO".
Obverse
On the left, top, and right is an inscription in Czech: "ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA" - "CZECH REPUBLIC". In the central part is a profile image of a two-tailed lion - the emblem of the Czech Republic. At the bottom is the letter: "b" - the mint mark of the Jablonec nad Nisou Mint. Below the image is the year of issue: "2013".
