In the central part, a two-line inscription in Spanish: «10 CÉNTIMOS» - 10 centimos. To the left and right of it are figures in the shape of triangles. Below it is a national Peruvian ornament. At the bottom near the rim is the mintmark letter for the Lima mint.
Obverse
In the central part, the Coat of Arms of Peru. Below it, the year of issue: 2003. Along the edge of the coin, an inscription in Spanish: «BANCO CENTRAL DE RESERVA DEL PERÚ» - Central Reserve Bank of Peru.
