    In the central part, the numeral 50, below it the inscription in Serbian 'ПАРА' (Para), and below that the year of minting '1925'. Above is depicted the royal crown of Yugoslavia, with a laurel branch on the left and an oak branch on the right, tied at the bottom with a ribbon forming a bow. Along the edge of the coin are dot-like elements.

    In the center is a left-facing portrait of Alexander I Karađorđević. Around the circumference is the inscription in Serbian 'АЛЕКСАНДАР I. КРАЉ СРБА, ХРВАТА И СЛОВЕНАЦА' (Alexander I King of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes). Below is the engraver's mark of Henri-Auguste Patey - 'A.PATEY'. The edge of the coin features dot-like elements.
