    In the central part, within an inner circle formed by dots, is a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II with her two daughters. Above them is an English inscription: 'HE DUCHESS OF YORK AND HER TWO CHILDREN', translated as 'The Duchess of York and Her Two Children', below them the year 1936. In the upper part, along the arc of the coin's edge, is the English text: 'QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER', translated as 'Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother'. On both sides are Christian crosses. Along the arc of the lower edge is the inscription: '20 DOLLAS' - 20 dollars.

    In the central part is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II. On the truncation of the portrait's neck is the monogram 'RDM' of the engraver Raphael David Maklouf. To the left and right along the rim are English inscriptions: 'ELIZABETH II', which translates as 'Elizabeth II', and 'COOK ISLANDS', translated as 'Cook Islands'. In the lower part, along the arc of the coin's edge, is the year of mintage 1994.
