    In the central part, an inscription in four lines: 3 GROSZE POLSKIE 1827. In the lower part, along the rim, the inscription: Z MIEDZI KRAIOWEY. (from local copper).
  • Obverse
    The center of the obverse features a crowned double-headed eagle. On its chest is the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland, under a royal crown and canopy. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter and a sword, and below it is the initial 'F•'. In its left talon, an orb is visible, and below it is the initial 'H•'. Together, the letters indicate the mintmaster Fryderyk Hunger.
