    In the central part, the coat of arms of the Netherlands Antilles. To the left and right of it, the abbreviation: 2 «1/2 G», which from Dutch translates as: 2 1/2 gulden, and the letters of the Royal Dutch Mint in Utrecht: a rooster - the mark of the designer Gert Brinkgreve, and the caduceus of Mercury. Along the upper edge of the coin from left to right, the country name in Dutch: «NEDERLANDSE ANTILLEN» - Netherlands Antilles, below - the year of issue: 1979. The rim of the coin features a dotted relief pattern.
