Reverse
In the central part is the numeral 2, to its right is the outline of Europe, from which six vertical rays extend upwards and six downwards. Along the arc of the right edge, crossing these rays, are twelve five-pointed stars. On Europe, an inscription in English: 'EURO'. To the right under the inscription is the monogram 'LL' - the mark of the engraver Luc Luycx.
Obverse
In the central part, within a circle of yellow metal, is the right-facing profile of Grand Duke Henri, to his right is Berg Castle.
