Along the arc of the right edge, crossing these rays, are twelve five-pointed stars. On Europe, an inscription in English: 'EURO'. To the right under the inscription is the monogram 'LL' - the mark of the engraver Luc Luycx.

    In the central part, within a circle of yellow metal, is the right-facing profile of Grand Duke Henri, to his right is Berg Castle. Below, the name of the state Luxembourg in Luxembourgish: 'LËTZEBUERG'. Above it is the year of minting 2008. To the left and right of the year are the marks of the mint master and the Paris Mint. Around the edge of the coin are twelve five-pointed stars.
