    Three five-pointed stars are depicted along the upper edge arc. In the central part, there is a three-line inscription in Ottoman Turkish: "ضرب في مصر", which translates to: "STRUCK IN EGYPT". Below is the year of accession of the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid II in Indo-Arabic numerals: "۱۳۲۷" - 1327 AH or 1909 AD. At the top is the number: "٤" - "4", signifying the 4th year of reign or 1912 AD. Decorative raised denticles are placed along the rim.

    In the upper part, along the coin's edge arc, are seven five-pointed stars. The central part features the tughra of the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid II, with a flower to the right. Below is the inscription for 10 Qirsh in Ottoman Turkish: "ش١٠". In the lower part, along the coin's edge arc, are depictions of roses. Decorative raised denticles are placed along the rim.
