Reverse

Along the upper edge of the coin is the name Elvis Presley in English, 'ELVIS PRESLEY', and along the lower edge, 'TEN DOLLARS'. The inscriptions are flanked on both sides by raised five-pointed stars. To the left and right near the rim are images of two guitars. In the central part is a profile portrait of the musician. To the right of it is the year of mintage, '1993'.

Obverse

In the central part is the coat of arms of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, depicting a round disc with an angel framed by two interlocking chains. Along the outer edge of the disc, at the top, is the name of the state in English, 'REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS', and at the bottom, the motto in Marshallese, 'JEPILPILIN KE EJUKAAN', meaning 'Achievement through Common Effort'. Two rays emanate upward from the angel's head, between which is a twenty-four-pointed star. Above the angel's wings, on the right, is a fishing net, and on the left, a tool made from a shell. Below the wings: on the right, a canoe; on the left, coconut palms. Beneath the angel is an image of a traditional Marshallese navigational chart in perspective, below which is the inscription on a ribbon, 'Seal'. Below the outer chain, to the left of the disc, is the $10 sign, and to the right, the year of mintage, '1993'.
