Obverse
Along the left and right edges is the text 'ELIZABETH II D. G. REGINA', meaning 'Elizabeth II, by the Grace of God, Queen'. In the center is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (the fourth type) facing right. On the Queen's right shoulder is the monogram of the portrait designer, Ian Rank-Broadley. Below it is the emblem of the designer Susanna Blunt.
