In the center - 10 para in Ottoman script: "١٠ پاره". Below - the year of accession of the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed V: "١٣٢٧" - 1327 AH (Islamic calendar) or 1909 AD. The rim is decorated with raised, decorative teeth.
