Obverse
At the top is the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, the arc inscription NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE, and a cartouche with a Jerusalem Cross preserved on the wall of the Transfiguration Church in Zbarazh, below which are the inscriptions - 5 HRYVNIAS / 2011 and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).
