In the central part, within a diamond-shaped geometric figure, a double-headed eagle is depicted. The eagle with outstretched wings, its heads are in a halo, above them a crown; in its right talon a sword, in its left a scepter; on its chest a crowned heraldic shield depicting the coats of arms of Lorraine and Tuscany, surrounded by a chain. Below the shield is the highest award of the empire. On either side of the eagle's tail feathers are Latin letters: left 'H', right 'A'. Along the arc of the coin's edge, divided into four parts by the corners of the diamond, a Latin inscription 'IN TE DOMINE SPERAVI 1752∙' (In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust 1752). At the end of the legend, a mark in the shape of the Latin letter 'X'. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.

Along the edge of the coin, divided into four parts by the corners of the diamond, a Latin inscription 'FRANC∙D:G∙R∙I∙S∙A∙GE∙IER∙R∙LO∙B∙M∙H∙D∙' (Francis, by the Grace of God, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, King of Germany, Jerusalem, Grand Duke of Lodomeria, Bohemia, Tuscany). The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.
