    In the central part, a double-headed eagle is depicted on a pedestal. The eagle with outstretched wings, its heads in a halo, a crown above them, and the crowned coat of arms of Tyrol on its breast. On the facade of the pedestal is the number 20, with a laurel branch to its left and a palm branch to its right. Along the arc of the left and right edges of the coin is a Latin inscription 'ARCHID∙AUST∙DUX∙BU∙COM∙TYR∙1765∙' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1765). At the end of the legend, a mark in the shape of the Latin letter 'X'. Decorative raised denticles along the edge.

    In the center is the right-facing profile of Archduchess of Austria Maria Theresa Walburga Amalia Christina. On both sides of the portrait are semicircular branches: palm on the left, laurel on the right. The branches are tied at the bottom with a ribbon forming a bow. Along the rim, split into two parts, is the inscription 'Maria Theresa by the Grace of God Roman Empress, Queen of Germany, Hungary and Bohemia' in Latin: on the left 'M∙THERESIA∙D:G∙R∙', on the right 'IMP∙GE∙HU∙BO∙REG∙'. Decorative raised denticles along the rim.
