    In the central part is a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings; the eagle's heads are in a halo, above them a crown; in the right talon is a sword, in the left a scepter; on its breast is a crowned heraldic shield depicting the coats of arms of Lorraine and Tuscany, surrounded by a chain. Along the edge of the coin are Latin inscriptions: to the right and left 'IN TE DOMINE SPERAVI∙1749' (In you, Lord, I have hoped 1749), below the number fifteen in Roman numerals - 'XV', framed by the eagle's tail feathers. To the left of the eagle's tail feathers is the Latin letter 'K', to the right - 'B'. The coin's edge features decorative raised denticles.

Along the edge of the coin runs a Latin text: left, top, and right 'FRANC∙D∙G∙R∙I∙S∙A∙GE∙IER∙R∙LO∙B∙M∙H∙D∙' (Francis, by the Grace of God, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, King of Germany, Jerusalem, Lodomeria, Bohemia, Grand Duke of Tuscany).
