At the top, the state emblem of Kyrgyzstan: in the center of a circle, a falcon with outstretched wings against a backdrop of a lake, mountains, and a rising sun. Along the inner circumference of the emblem: at the top and bottom, the country name Kyrgyz Republic in the Kyrgyz language, "КЫРГЫЗ" and "РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ"; on the left and right, mirrored ornaments in the form of cotton stalks and wheat ears. Below the emblem along the rim, the mint year "2008", framed on both sides by ornamental lines.
