    In the central part, a double-headed eagle is depicted on a pedestal. The eagle with outstretched wings, its heads in a halo, a crown above them; in its right talon a sword, in its left a scepter; on its breast a crowned heraldic shield depicting the coats of arms of Lorraine and Tuscany, framed by a chain. On the facade of the pedestal the number 10, to its left a laurel branch and the Latin letter 'G', to its right a palm branch and the Latin letter 'R'. Along the arc of the left and right edge of the coin, an inscription in Latin: 'IN TE DOMINE SPERAVI∙1764∙' (In you, Lord, I have hoped 1764). At the end of the legend, a mark in the shape of the Latin letter 'X∙'. Around the edge of the coin are decorative raised denticles.
  • Obverse
    In the center, within a circle formed by semicircular laurel branches, is the right-facing profile of Holy Roman Emperor Francis I Stephen, Duke of Lorraine. The branches are tied at the bottom with a ribbon forming a bow. Along the arc of the coin's edge, text in Latin: left and right 'FRANC∙D∙G∙R∙IMP∙S∙A∙G ER∙IER∙REX∙LO∙B∙M∙H∙D∙' (Francis, by the Grace of God, Roman Emperor, Semper Augustus, King of Germany, Jerusalem, Grand Duke of Lodomeria, Bohemia, Tuscany). Around the edge of the coin are decorative raised denticles.
