Along the upper edge of the coin from left to right, the country name in English: 'UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'. The coin's edge is decorated with decorative denticles.

In the central part, a left-facing profile of Liberty, framed by twelve six-pointed stars. Below it, the year of mintage: 1893. Along the rim - a denticulated relief.
