    In the central part is a circle of dots. Inside it is a double portrait facing front of King George VI of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and his wife Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. Above the portrait is the English text 'THE CORONATION OF GEORGE VI', below it the year of the coronation '1937'. Along the edge of the coin are English inscriptions: from left to right '1900 HM THE QUEEN MOTHER'S CENTENARY 2000', at the bottom the inscription 'ONE DOLLAR', flanked on both sides by a relief element in the form of a branch.

    Within a circle of dots, the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown is positioned centrally. Below the truncation are the initials of the British sculptor 'IRB' - Ian Rank-Broadley. Along the rim in English: on the left the name of the British Overseas Territory 'BERMUDA', on the right the name of the monarch 'ELIZABETH II', at the bottom the year of issue '1996'.
