    The center of the reverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire - a double-headed eagle, both heads of which bear crowns. A third, larger crown is placed above and between them. On the eagle's breast is the coat of arms of Moscow - a shield depicting St. George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). A chain with the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called encircles the shield. In the eagle's right talon is a scepter, in the left - an orb. Above the eagle, divided by the large crown, is the mint year - '1741'. Around the eagle, facing inward, is the text: МОНЕТА•РУБЛЬ•
