    In the central part is a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, the eagle's heads are in a halo, above them a crown, on its chest the crowned coat of arms of Austria. Along the arc of the coin's edge is a Latin inscription on the right and left: 'ARCH∙AUST∙D∙BU∙C∙TYR∙1748' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1748). Below, the numeral 1 is framed by the eagle's tail feathers. The coin's edge features decorative raised denticles.
