In the central part at the top, the coat of arms of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic: crossed hammer and sickle in the rays of the sun rising over the Dniester, framed around the circumference by a garland of ears of wheat, corn cobs, fruits, grape clusters and vines. In the upper part between the converging ends of the garland is a five-pointed star. The garland is intertwined with a ribbon bearing inscriptions of the republic's name in three languages on the bend: Ukrainian "PMR", Russian "PMR", and Moldavian "RMN".
