Reverse
The central part features a three-line inscription: 10КОПѢЕКЬ1871. Surrounding it is an open wreath of two laurel branches, tied at the bottom with a ribbon forming a double bow. The rim is decorated with dots.
Obverse
The center of the obverse is occupied by the right-facing profile of Alexander II. The portrait is separated from the rest of the design by a circle of dots. Outside the circle is the text: АЛЕКСАНДРЪ ПЕРВЫЙ Б. М. ИМПЕРАТОРЪ ВСЕРОС, divided under the neck truncation by a six-pointed star. The rim is decorated with dots.
