    In the central part, a heraldic shield crowned with two crowns, framed by a chain. Below the shield are the highest awards of the empire. The shield displays the coats of arms of Hungary, Bohemia, Galicia and Lodomeria, and Burgundy, with the crowned Habsburg-Lorraine coat of arms in the center. To the right and left on the cornice, shield supporters – griffins standing on their hind legs and holding a large crown above the shield. To the right, below left along the rim, a Latin inscription: 'ARCHIDVX AVST∙DVX BVRG∙ET LOTH∙MAG∙DVX HETR∙1790∙' (Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy, Lorraine, Grand Duke of Tuscany 1790). At the end of the legend, a mark in the shape of the Latin letter 'X'. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.

    In the center is the right-facing profile of King of Germany, Holy Roman Emperor Leopold II, wearing a laurel wreath tied with a ribbon. An arc of text runs along the edge of the coin: left, top, and right 'LEOPOLDVS II∙D∙G∙HVNGAR∙BOHEM∙GALLIC∙LODOM∙REX∙' (Leopold II by the Grace of God King of Hungary, Bohemia, Galicia, Lodomeria), below the Latin letter 'A' – the mint mark of Vienna. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.
