    In the central part, the Cayman Islands are depicted diagonally from bottom to top. Above and below the island, Wahoo fish are shown with their tails towards the center: the upper fish is curved with its tail down, the lower one with its tail up. Along the edge of the coin, the text is inscribed in an arc: at the top, the year of minting '1970', at the bottom in English – 'ONE DOLLAR'.
