Reverse In the central part, within a circle, is an image of the National Assembly building, below it the city name in Serbian 'BEOGRAD' (Belgrade), and below that the years '1961-1989'. Around the circumference is an inscription in English and Croatian 'THE NINTH NON - ALIGNED SUMMIT DEVETI SAMIT NESVRSTANIH ZEMALJA' (Ninth Non-Aligned Summit).
Obverse In the center is the coat of arms of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It features: six burning torches, above which is a five-pointed star, with wheat ears on the right and left, bound at the bottom by a ribbon bearing the date '29-XI-1943'. The image is placed within a circle truncated at the bottom. Along the rim is the country name 'Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia': on the left in Slovenian 'SFR JUGOSLAVIJA', on the right in Serbian 'СФР ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА'. At the bottom is the inscription 'D100000Д' (100000 Dinar).
