In the center, within a circle of dots, are depicted the symbols of Archangel Michael: scales and a flaming sword, the blade of which passes between the scale pans. In the background is a stylized letter 'M', framed by a floral pattern executed in blue. Under the left scale pan is the mint year '2017'. Along the rim are inscriptions in German: at the top the country name 'REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH' (Republic of Austria), at the bottom - '10 EURO' (10 Euro). Between the inscription markers are raised dots.
