Reverse
In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of two horses against a background of stars and a national ornament. Below it, within the sun's rays, is the Chinese character '馬', meaning horse. Along the arc of the lower edge is an inscription in Belarusian: 'ГОД КАНЯ' - Year of the Horse.
Obverse
In the central part, within a circle, is a composition consisting of elements of a clockwork mechanism, the Sun and the Moon; at the center of the clockwork is a cubic zirconia insert. Around the composition are the numbers: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, denoting the years comprising one cycle of the Chinese Lunar calendar. To the left, top, and right along the rim is the country name in Belarusian: 'РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ' - Republic of Belarus, separated by the small coat of arms of Belarus; at the bottom is the inscription: '20 РУБЛЁЎ' - 20 rubles, the year of issue: 2013, and the silver fineness: 'Ag 925'.
