    In the central part, the word "KOPEYKI". Above the word, the denomination is indicated—the numeral 2, flanked on both sides by floral rosettes. Below the word—the year of minting "1863". Below the date—the letters "E M". Along the rim, an unclosed wreath of two laurel branches is depicted, which are tied at the bottom with a ribbon in a double bow. The border is decorated with dots.

    In the central part, a double-headed eagle is depicted, its heads crowned with two crowns, a third, larger crown above them. In the eagle's right talon—an orb, in the left—a scepter. On its breast is the Moscow coat of arms—a shield depicting St. George the Victorious with a spear slaying a dragon. Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. On the eagle's wings are depicted the coats of arms: of the Kingdoms of Kazan, Poland, Tauric Chersonesos, Astrakhan, Siberia, Georgia, and the combined coats of arms of the Principalities of Kiev, Novgorod, and Vladimir—4 on each wing. The border is decorated with dots.
