The shield depicts: at the top, the patriarchal cross of Hungary and the lion of Bohemia; at the bottom, the coat of arms of Burgundy and the eagle of Tyrol; in the center, the coat of arms of Austria. Along the upper edge of the coin, a Latin inscription on the left and right: 'ARCHID∙AUST∙DUX BURG∙COM∙TYR∙1741' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1741). Below, the numeral 3 flanked on both sides by an arabesque. The coin's edge features decorative raised denticles.
