    The central part features a cartouche decorated with vignettes, with two laurel branches on either side and a floral rosette at the top. Below the cartouche are two crossed palm branches tied with a ribbon (bow). Inside the cartouche is a three-line inscription indicating the denomination and year of minting: POLUSHKA 1740
  • Obverse
    The center of the obverse is occupied by a simplified version of the coat of arms of the Russian Empire — the traditional double-headed eagle, executed without complex elements. Both heads of the eagle wear crowns, and a larger third crown is positioned above between the heads. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb.
