    In the central part of the reverse is a relief depiction of the coat of arms of the Isle of Man: a triskelion on a triangular shield, framed by a chain woven into a circular shape. Above the shield is the monogram 'JHN' - the engraver's mark of John Nicholson. To the left, above, and to the right along the rim is the Isle of Man's motto in Latin: 'QUOCUNQUE.JECERIS.STABIT.', which translates literally as: 'Whichever way you throw it, it will stand'. Below, separated by dots, is the year of minting 1965.

    Along the curve of the coin's edge from left to right runs the text '1765 BICENTENARY OF THE REVESTMENT ACT 1965'. Translation: '1765 Bicentenary of the Revestment Act 1965'. In the center is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II. Below the truncation of the shoulder is the monogram 'HP' - the engraver's mark of Thomas Humphrey Paget.
