    In the central part, a double-headed eagle is depicted on a pedestal. The eagle with outstretched wings, its heads in a halo, a crown above them; in its right talon a sword, in its left a scepter; on its breast, a crowned heraldic shield depicting the coats of arms of Lorraine and Tuscany, surrounded by a chain. On the facade of the pedestal, the number 20, to its left a laurel branch and the Latin letters 'EVM', to its right a palm branch and the Latin letter 'D'. Along the arc of the left and right edge of the coin, a Latin inscription: 'IN TE DOMINE∙SPERAVI∙1765∙' (In you, Lord, I have hoped 1765). At the end of the legend, a mark in the shape of the Latin letter 'X'. Around the edge of the coin, decorative raised denticles.

    In the center, within a circle formed by semicircular laurel branches, is the right-facing profile of Holy Roman Emperor Francis I Stephen, Duke of Lorraine, wearing a laurel wreath. The branches are tied at the bottom with a ribbon forming a bow. Along the arc of the coin's edge, a Latin text: left and right 'FRANC∙D:G∙R∙IMP∙S∙A GE∙IER∙REX∙LO∙B∙M∙H∙D' (Francis, by the Grace of God, Roman Emperor, Semper Augustus, King of Germany, Jerusalem, Grand Duke of Lodomeria, Bohemia, Tuscany). Below the portrait, the Latin letters 'BH'. Around the edge of the coin, decorative raised denticles.
