    The central part features the denomination in two lines: ПОЛУШКА. Below the denomination is the mint year — 1718. Above the denomination, a crown divides the inscription ВР-П. The coin's edge is encircled by a twisted dotted border.
  • Obverse
    The center of the obverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire — a double-headed eagle. Both heads of the eagle bear crowns, with a larger third crown between them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. The rim externally resembles a massive twisted cable (the teeth are angled relative to the ground).
