    In the central part is the state symbol of the Belgian Congo - a stylized image of a five-pointed star. Below it is the year of issue: 1920. To the left and right of it are three five-pointed stars each, arranged vertically. In the upper part, along the curve of the coin's edge, is text in French, separated by the top ray: «10 C.» - 10 centimes. The edge of the coin is decorated with decorative teeth.

    In the central part is a hole, surrounded by a composition of five monograms of Albert I, framed by a dotted circle. From left to right along the rim is the country's name in French and Dutch: «CONGO BELGE», «BELGISCH KONGO» - Belgian Congo, separated by dots and five-pointed stars. Along the rim is a toothed relief.
