Below is a decorative divider in the form of two curved lines with a small circle between them. Under the lines is the coin's year of issue '1910' and below it the mint mark 'S.P.B.'. - Obverse
The upper part of the obverse features the crown of the Russian Empire with flowing ribbons. The center is occupied by the monogram of Emperor Nicholas II. Below the monogram is a cross of laurel branches (running along the left edge) and oak branches (right edge).
