Reverse

Below the coat of arms, flanked by heraldic roses, is the year of mintage '1925'. The edge is decorated with decorative denticles.
Obverse
The left-facing profile of King George V of Great Britain is struck in the center. An inscription in Latin runs along the edge: 'GEORGIVS V D. G. BRITT: OMN: REX F.D. IND: IMP:', which translates to 'GEORGE V BY THE GRACE OF GOD KING OF ALL BRITAIN, DEFENDER OF THE FAITH, EMPEROR OF INDIA'. A dot is located below the portrait. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.
