    The central part features a banana tree with a cluster of bananas. Along the edge of the coin are inscriptions in Tongan: at the top - 'FAKALAHI ME'AKAI' (Grow more food), at the bottom - '10 SENITI' (10 seniti).
  • Obverse
    The central part features a portrait of the fourth King of Tonga, Tāufaʻāhau Tupou IV, in military uniform facing forward. Along the rim are inscriptions in English: at the top the abbreviation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations 'F.A.O.', at the bottom the country name and year of minting 'TONGA 2005'.
