Along the lower edge, from right to left, is the inscription "D. ALLENBERG R DRIUTTI INC.", where the letter "R" denotes the mint, "D. ALLENBERG" are the artist's initials, and "DRIUTTI INC." refers to the artist Eugenio Driutti and his studio of the same name.

The central part features the coat of arms of San Marino. The coat of arms consists of a shield, adorned with scrollwork at the top, containing three towers standing on three hills. The towers are topped with ostrich plumes. To the left of the shield is an olive branch, and to the right, an oak branch. Below, the crossing branches are tied by a decorative ribbon bearing the inscription: "LIBERTAS", which translates from Latin as "Freedom". Along the edge of the coin on the left, top, and right is an inscription in Italian "REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO", meaning "Republic of San Marino". Along the bottom rim, from left to right, is the inscription "BINO BINI 1995". The numbers "1995" indicate the year of issue, and "BINO BINI" is the full name of the artist.
