Reverse
In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of a bear's head against a background of fir trees; to its left is a flower, to the lower right is a floral ornament and a bird. At the bottom along the circumference is the text: SAVE OUR WORLD.
Obverse
In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination '25 RUBLES' and the year of minting '1993', below are the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA'. In the center, within a dotted circle, is a double-headed eagle. Below it, on the inner side of the dotted circle, starting from the left, are the chemical symbol Au and the fineness 999, followed to the right by the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD' and the pure weight of the precious metal in the coin '3.11'.
