Obverse 2. The second and third letters 'C' are raised, 5 stems in the left truncation, 4 stems in the right, the upper ends of the ribbon to the right and left of the globe are wide and blunt, the USSR coat of arms has 11 ribbon turns (the number of republics in the USSR at that time).
