    Along the upper rim arc is the year of issue '2011'. The numeral 5 on the left and the inscription 'EURO' on the right translate to '5 euro'. On the right is the crowned heraldic lion of Finland. In the center is the coat of arms of the province of Ostrobothnia. On the Spanish shield are depicted six ermines. The shield is topped with a count's crown in the old Swedish style, placed on a bar with a horizontal ornament.
