In the center of a circle formed by dots is the image of the small State Emblem of Ukraine framed by viburnum branches. The coin is made of copper-nickel alloy — above the emblem is the date 1995 — the year of coinage, below the emblem — the two-line inscription 200,000 KARBOVANTSIV, which denotes the face value of the coin (the number 200,000 is placed in a break in the dotted circle). Between the outer rim and the dotted circle at the top is the circular inscription NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE, separated on both sides from the word KARBOVANTSIV by dividing marks in the form of diamonds. The outer rim is raised above the coin's surface.
