The center of the reverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—a double-headed eagle, both heads of which bear crowns. A third, larger crown is above and between them. On the eagle's breast is the coat of arms of Moscow—a shield depicting St. George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). The shield is encircled by the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. In the eagle's right talon is a scepter, in the left—an orb. Above the eagle, following the rim in a semicircle, is the coin's year of minting: '1810•'. In the lower part, around the eagle following the rim in a semicircle, is the text: ЦЕНА ДВЕ КОПЕЙКИ (PRICE TWO KOPEKS). The rim is decorated with denticles.
  • Obverse
In the central part is a right-facing profile bust of Emperor Alexander I in the uniform of the Life-Guards Preobrazhensky Regiment. Below the portrait is the signature of the medalist 'LEBERECHT F.'—Carl (Karl Alexandrovich Leberecht) Leberecht F. (Fecit—engraved). Around the portrait is the text: Б. М. АЛЕКСАНДРЪ I. ИМПЕРАТОРЪ И САМОДЕР. ВСЕРОС. (B. M. ALEXANDER I. EMPEROR AND AUTOCRAT OF ALL RUSSIA). The rim is decorated with denticles.
