Reverse Offset to the upper-left, the central element of the coin's reverse: the denomination 10 RUBLES is struck against a background of vertical lines. Inside the digit '0' are horizontal lines; when viewed from different angles, the number 10 and the word 'RUB' become visible. In the left and lower-right parts of the coin are intertwined scrolls of a flowering plant.
Obverse At the top along the rim (edge) is the inscription 'DESYAT RUBLEY' (TEN RUBLES). In the center of the coin is a double-headed eagle, with the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA' arranged in a semicircle below it. Under the eagle's left foot is the mint mark 'SPMD'. At the bottom near the edge is the year of mintage '2010', above which are two pointed, oppositely directed lines with a dot between them.
